About

a mental health professional with over a decade of direct clinical experience in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges, addictions, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and different life transitions.

Nicol is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW)  and provides trauma-informed, culturally safe counselling services to children, youth, and adults.

Her approach combines evidence-based therapy with practical, relationship-focused care, grounded in a person-centred foundation. Depending on the client’s needs, sessions may include Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), strengths-based and somatic techniques, experiential approaches, play therapy, mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment work, and other trauma-focused tools.

At the heart of her work is a belief that therapy should feel human, respectful, and collaborative. She sees clients as experts in their own lives and aims to create space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
Whether supporting children navigating challenges at school or home, youth building identity and independence, or adults seeking healing and renewal, Nicole is dedicated to walking alongside clients on their journey toward wellness and self-determination.

Sessions are available in English.
